You might not be able to change the world, but you do have the opportunity to change the world for a child through Changing Lives.

Changing Lives is a non-profit organization that specializes in helping children of poverty-stricken communities in Guatemala; giving them the resources for an education and supplying their basic needs.

Thanks to the support of individuals and institutions that are sensitive to the needs of their fellow neighbors, we have been able to aid more than 250 families and more than 6,000 children. It is the desire of Changing Lives to continue to help children of Guatemala in order to offer them a better future.

According to the statistics of Unicef, the social investments of Guatemala continues to be one of the lowest in all of Latin America resulting in a slow development of a significant social program in the country. The exclusion of social and economic aspects affects a large part of Guatemala resulting in more than half of the population living in penury and almost 17% in extreme poverty.

This is why Changing Lives wishes to help through the creation of 3 basic programs to support the communities in Guatemala:
